The relationship of the expression of p53 and vascular endothelial growth factor in rectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of p53 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rectal carcinoma . Methods The expression of p53 and VEGF was detected by using immunohistochemical method in 45 Cases of rectal cancer tissue .
