Objective To discuss and explore the clinical effect of radiotherapy for chordoma in sacrum caudal region. Methods Routine period radiotherapy:Primary stage : DT40GY/20 times/4 weeks,rest2 weeks ;Second stage :DT30GY/ 15 times / 3 weeks,5years follow-up.
