  • Objective The predictive value of in vitro MTT assay for chemotherapy to stomach carcinoma and liver cancer patients was studied. Methods Of the 50 stomach carcinoma patients,27 had had MTT assay before chemotherapy.According to the result of the MTT assay,23 patients in MTT sensitive group received chemotherapy.The other 4 patients in MTT resistant group and 23 patients in the control group were given chemotheraphy according to clinician exparience,the same liver cancer 25 cases in MTT,5 in resistant group ...
