  • Objective To investigate the etiologic relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 infection and human breast cancer. Methods In situ hybridization (ISH) technique was used to detect the expression of HPV type 16 DNA in 50 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of normal breast tissues.
