Inhibition of Amorphophallus Konjac for Ehrlich Ascites C ancer (EAC)

Objective To approach inhibition effect and influence upo n immune function of Amorphophallus Konjac for EAC. Methods The mice with EAC were respectively perfused stomach with RKM,Amorphophallus Konjac powde r,which is discord after extracting RKM,liquid from decocting Amorphophallus Kon jac,cyclophesphamide endexan and physiological saline. Results As com pared with physological saline group each treatment group had obvious inhibition effects for tumor,and could lengthen survival time,but had no influence on leuco cyte. Conclusion Amorphophallus Konjac probably inhibited tumor growt h by enhancing body immune function.
