Two different divided dosage of DDP combined with 5-Fu/CF treating the carcinoma of esophagus

Objective To explore the effect and the side effects between the two different divided dosage of DDP. Methods 65 cases with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Group1:DDP 12～15mg/m 2,d1～5;group 2:DDP 80～100mg/m 2,d1. The two groups were all combined with 5-Fu/CF and given the same anti-vomiting drugs.
