Expression of endothelin in plasma and neoplasm tissue of lung cancers and its clinical significance

Objective To determin the correlation between expression of endothelin in plasma and neoplasm tissue of lung cancers and clinicopathological and prognostic factors. Methods The expressions of ET in plasma and specimens of 66 lung cancers were studied through radioimmunoassay, immunohistochemistry and image analysis technique, all cases were followed up more than 2 years.
