  • Objective To study the effects of nimesulide on proliferation of human small cell lung cancer(HSCLC) cells NCL-H446 in vitro to provide an experimental basis for clinical application. Methods NCL-H446 cells were cultured with RPMI1640 medium in regular condition. Cytotoxicity of nimesulide was examined by MTT assay. The morphological change was observed by microscope.
