  • Objective To explore the effect of A 23187 (calcium ionophore, CI) on dendritic cells (DC) from healthy human peripheral blood monocytes. Methods Peripheral blood monocytes from healthy donors were treated with rhGM CSF of 100 ng/ml、rhGM CSF of 100ng/ml plus IL 4 of 50ng/ml and rhGM CSF plus A 23187 100ng/ml each, respectively.
