Objective To observe the effects of cancer suppressive factors on solid tumor growth in mice. Methods Sarcoma 180 and hapatoma cells were injected respectively into mice subcutaneously. After the growth of tumor for 12 days in mice, cancer suppressive factors were injected into the tumor. Observations were made on the growth, the changes and the living condition of the tumor.
