  • Objective To study the relationship between expression of p53 protein and chemotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods The expression of p53 protein in 28 stageⅠ、Ⅱ,bulky carcinoma of the cervix before and after chemotherapy was studied by means of S-|P immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of p53 protein was seen in 57.14%(16/28)and 82.14%(23/28)of stageⅠ、Ⅱ,bulky carcinoma of the cervix before and after chemotherapy, respectively.There was a significant difference between them (P<0.05).
