  • Objective To investigate the expression of oncofetal fibronectin mRNA isoforms in colon cancer cells and the effect of transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1)on its expression. Methods Reverse transcriptase polyperase chain reaction technique was used to amplify the EDA,EDB and ⅢCS1 alternative splicing regions of fibronectin,and the target sequences were identified by specific restrictive enzyme digestion.
