Objective To investigate the thermosensitivity effect of achyranthes aspera on cervical cancer cells. Methods Cervical cancer line Hela cell was used to study its sensitivity to heat(42℃,lhr)treatment.Heat-induced changes in cell viability was assessed by colony formation assay,apoptosis by cell morphology and flow cytometry,the sythethtic HSP70 protein by the expression of membrane protein HSP70 of cells.
