Study on the Relationship between Polymorphism of Cytochrome P4502E1 and Susceptibility of Gastric Cardia Cancer

Objective To study the relationship between polymorphism of cytochrome P4502E1(CYP2E1) gene and susceptibility to gastric cardia cancer (GCC). Methods A case control study was used.The frequency of CYP2E1 genotype between patients with GCC and controls were detected by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment polymorphism (PCR RFLP).
