Abstract
The serum cotents of Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca and Cu/Zn in370 patients with malignant lymphoma and 100 healthy subjects were determined by atomic absorption spectrphotometry. The result showed that serum Cu、Mn and Cu/Zn were higher and the serum Zn、Fe、Ca were lower in patients with malignant lymphoma than those of the control group,(P<0.05~P<0.001).In patients with hodgkin malignant lymphoma, the serum Cu Cu/Zn were higher in the patients with LD than those in patients with MC and LP and serum Zn was lower than the patient with LP.The serum Cu and Cu/Zn in the patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those of Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients, stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.001,respectively).The muiti-variable logistic regression analysis showed the serum Fe and Cu/Zn OR value were 0.4634 and 10.9919,β and 95% Cl Were -0.7691(-1.3432~0.1949) and 2.3972(1.6020~3.1923).These data indicate that serum Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca and Cu/Zn determination were important evidence for the etiology investigation、clinical diagnosis and curative effect observation of the patients with malignant lymphoma. Our results suggest that Fe in serum may be the protecitve factor and Cu/Zn may be the risk factor of malignant lymphoma.
