Effects of Teniposide on Cell Cycle Phase and Apoptosis of Gastric Carcinoma Cell Lines

Objective To identify the action mechanism of teniposide on gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823. Methods The suppressive rate of cell growth of teniposide was examined by MTT assay, the development of cell cycle and apoptosis induced by teniposide was examined by flow cytometry.
