Application of 3 Dimension Conformal Technology in Treatment of Primary Carcinoma of Liver with Radiofrequency Ablation

  • Objective  To explore the methods that promotes the effect in treatment of primary carcinoma of liver with radiof requency ablation (RFA) with 3 dimension conformal technology . Methods  The focus stereo structures such as shape 、bulk and anatomy relation in liver were demonst rated directly through 3 dimension reconst ruction of CT image of primary carcinoma of liver, and we could imitate angle 、pole and stereo coincidence of damaging region of RFA and focus, radiof requency ablation was finished in the end. Results  8 patients in 11 patients with primary carcinoma of liver were completely ablated, the ablation proportion was 72. 7 %. Conclusion  3 dimension conformal technologies can promote the efficiency in treatment of primary carcinoma of liver with radiof requency ablation .
