  • Objective To study significance the expression of the mutate p53 protein and bcl-2 gene in bladder carcinoma and peritumoral tissue. Methods Using SP method of immunohistochemically analyzed bladder carcinoma 58 cases. All of them are tested the expression of the mutant p53 protein and bcl-2 gene.
