Objectives To evaluate the active immunotherapeutic efficacy of tumor vaccine with new adjuvants. Methods HeLa cells, rIL-2,rGM-CSF,traditional Chinese medicine and Feud s adjuvant were mixed together to form tumor vaccine. An animal model of tumor vaccination was established.
