  • Objective To investigate the possibility of producing vaccine with higher effect of anti-hepatocarcinoma by means of freezing the tumour cells which have been TNF-α gene modified before. Methods The A and B vaccine were H22 cells modified by TNF-α genes and were treated by means of freezing, or not. The C and D vaccine were the H22 cells were modified by TNF-αgenes or were treated by means of freezing or not.
