  • Objective To study anticancer effect and ultrastructural influnce of 32 P-GMS injected to the hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mice. Methods The ultrastructural changes of tumor was examined by electron microscope and stereology . Results In treated group, a lot of tumor cells (35%~70%) were killed.Ultrastructurally,severe nuclear damage was observed in the death cells.
