  • Objective To observe the effect of protein kinase c-α (PKCα)antisense oligonucleotide on cell growth and telomerase activity in human poor-differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) cell line CNE-2Z. Methods Antisense PKCα was transfected by cationic liposome in CNE-2Z cells to analyze the cell growth and telomerase activity by MTT colorimetric assay and TRAP-ELISA,respectively.
