Expression of p21~(WAF1),cyclin D1 and pRb in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and their significance of p21 WAF1, cyclin D1 and pRb in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC),and the relationships among the three proteins. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of p21 WAF1, cyclin D1 and pRb in 57 cases of BTCC.
