  • Objective To study the expression of FHIT(fragile histidine triad) protein、Caspase-3、PCNA in sporadic colorectal carcinoma(SCC) and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to determine the expression of FHIT,Caspase-3 and PCNA in surgically resection specimens of 92 SCC and 28 normal colorectal tissues.
