  • Objective To explore the expression of interleukin-8(IL-8) and it s relation with angiogenesis and tumor biological behavior in human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods The expression of IL-8 and the intratumoral microvessel density(iMVD) in 55 cases of human oral squamous cell carcinoma and 10 case of normal lingual mucosa were examined by means of immunohistochemical method.
