Clinical Application of the Esophageal Stenosis and Esophagobronchial Fistula by Treatment with Stent

Objective To explore the effect of the treatment with a self-expanding stent to the esophageal stenosis and esophagobronchial fistula. Methods The esophagography was performed before stent placement,and the orientation of lesions was confirmed by X-ray fluoroscopic in 40 patients. Results The stents were placed successfully except one,with sealed up of fistulas.The dysphagia of the patients got obvious improved and the inspiration pneumonia caused by fistula was undercontrol.
