The significance on expression of E-cadherin/β-catenin in cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin and β-catenin expression and the significance in cervical cancer. Methods E-cadherin and β-catenin expression in 51 cases cervical cancer and corresponding lymph nodes were detected. Meanwhile, HPV16.18DNA of the secretion in cervical canal was examined.
