Expression of p53 protein in ovarian cancer and its relationship to cell proliferative activity and prognosis

Objective To study the expression of p53 protein in ovarian cancer and its relationship to cell proliferative activity, lymph node metastasis as well as prognosis. Methods The expression of p53 and PCNA was detected in 68 cases of ovarian cancer by means of S -P immunohistochemical technique. Results 52.9% of ovarian cancer was positive.
