Objective To observe the effect of telomerase antisense oligodeoxynucleotides on hepatoma cell line. Methods Hepatoma cell line were cultured with 1~5 μmol/L Telomerase antisense oligodeoxynucleotides for various duration,cell activity,morphologic changes and cell-DNA distribution were studied.The apoptotic cells were measured with flow cytometer.Telomerase activity were detected by TRAP-ELISA.
