Study of P-gp and GST-P Express ion in Stomach Norma l Tissue and Its Relation ship with Prognosis

Objective In order to investigate the expression of P gp and GST π in normal tissue and its influences to prognosis. Methods 80 cases of paraffin embedded stomach cancer tissues were stained immunohistochemically for P gp and GST π monoclonal antibody after pressure cooker heating of tissue section and correlated the results with survival time.
