  • Objective The aim of the present study was to examine the mechanism of Inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on tumor growth. Methods We investigated the inhibitory effect of Rg3 on tumor neovascular by the method of immunohistochemistry,chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) and Lewis lung carcinoma model.,Results We demonstrate that Rg3 can obviously inhibits angiogenesis of the CAM with a Bl=62,4~45,6.Treatment with Rg3 in vivo can obviously inhibits Lewis lung carcinoma growth with the inhibition ratio from ...
