Study of the Relationship between nm23 Gene Expression and Gastric Cancer Biological Behavior

Objective To determine and analyse the expression of nm23 gene in tissues of gastric cancer and to evaluate it relation to the gastric cancer biological behavior. Methods The levels of nm23 gene and PCNA protein expresion were observed in 80 cases of gastric cancer using immunohistochemical techniqwe. Results The positive rate of nm23 gene expression was 60% in 80 cases of gastric cancer.
