Objective To prepara Polyclonal antibodies(PoAbs) of p16 INK-4 and investigate the relationship between expression of p16 and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods (1)PoAbs against peptide containing 13 amino acids of the N-end of human p16 was obtained in rabbits by immunization with the peptide conjugated with KLH.
