  • Objective The significance of differential diagnosis of CA125 and CEA in peritoneal primary serous papillary carcinoma(PPSPC) in female were observed. Methods 6 cases of PPSPC were studied with immunohistochemical S-P method,detected the expression of CA125 in both peritoneal and ovarian lesions and CEA only in peritoneal lesion. Results 4 cases were showed no CA125 expression in both peritoneal and ovarian lesion. 2 cases were showed weak CA125 expression only in either peritoneal or ovarian lesion. 4 of ...
