The Clinical Value of Tumor Makers in the Diagnosis, Prediction Response to Chemotherapy and Prognosis in Human Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of tumor markers on diagnosis,response to chemotherapy and prognosis in human lung cancer. Methods The serum levels of CEA,NSE and CyFRA\-\21-1\ were assayed by radioimmunoassay before treatment and after treament in 198 lung cancer patients.
