  • Objective To analyzed the clinic features and prognostic factors of advanced endometrial carcinoma.Method Analysis of the clinic and pathological features of 41 cases advanced endometrial carcinoma. Results There are 41 cases of endometrial carcinoma in which stage Ⅲ 30 cases(73.2%),stage IVb 11 cases(26.8%).In 41 cases,37 cases were operated,3 cases were radiotherapy only,one case was pregesterone treatment only.The 5-year survival rate was 35.4%.
