Objective To explore the possible relationship between telomerase activation and cyclin D 1 in human gastric cancer tissue. Methods Telomerase activity was measured with Telomerase PCR-ELISA Kit (Boehringer Mannhei). Cyclin D 1 mRNA level was detected with RT-PCR ELISA.
