Evaluation of NP chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of navelbine (NVB) and cisplatin (PDD) as the regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods From July 1999 to August 2001, 40 NSCLC patients were treated with NP combined chemotherapy: NVB 25～30mg/m 2 by intravenous infusion on d1 and d8, PDD 40～50mg/m 2 by intravenons infusion on d1,d2 and d3, twenty-one days for a cycle.
