The clinical and pathological observation of preoperative chemotherapy of the esophageal cancer using PVB and oral 5-Fu cataplasm

Objective To explore the effectiveness of preoperative chemotherapy of the esophageal cancer with PVB (PDD+VCR+BYM) and oral 5-Fu cataplasm. Methods Contrast the pathological changes, the side effectiveness and clinical effectiveness of the two groups-chemotropic group 27 cases and irradiative group 30 cases.
