Abstract
Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of diallyl disulfide (DADS) on the cell cycle of human gastric cancer MGC803 cells. Methods Cell cycle of MGC803 cell treated with DADS in vitro was analyzed by flow cytometry. The expression of p21 WAF1, Rb,p53,p21 ras and C myc proteins was examined by streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method (SP).
