Abstract

Objective To study the expression of apoptosis inhibitor factor survivin and nuclear factor kappa Bp65 in colorectal cancer and its relationship with clinical pathologic features. Methods The expression of survivin and NF κBp65 in 72 cases with CRC were examined by immunohistochemical SP technique. The corresponding cancerous adjacent tissue and normal colonic tissue(12 cases) were served as a control group.
