  • Objective To investigate the effect of intravesical instillation of mitomycin C plus hyaluronidase for preventing recurrence of bladder cancer. Methods 88 patients with bladder cancer were divided randomly into two groups: 46 cases were treated with mitomycin C(20mg) plus hyaluronidase (3000 U) in intravesical instillation postoperatively, and 42 cases were treated with mitomycin C (20mg) in intravesical instillation postoperatively as control group.
