Study of the Expression of p53,MDM2 Protein in Cervical Intra-epithelial Neoplasm and Cervical Squamous-cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the roles of MDM2 and p53 protein playing in the pathogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of MDM2 and p53 protein in normal cervical epithelium,cervical intra-epithelial neoplasm(CIN) and invasive cervical squamous-cell carcinoma(SCC) were detected with immunohistochemical SP methods in 76 cases.
