Objective assess significance of Estradiol(E2)、Progesterone(PRO) level in serum and tissue extraction of patients with uterus myoma. Methods 24 paticnts with utcrus myoma were studied(age of 34～51 years old).Their serum E2、PRO content was determined by RIA pre-and post-operation.E2/PRO ratio was calculated.So did control group of 20 cases.A piece of myoma and normal muscle tissue was taken just the time for operation and this samples were extracted;the E2,PRO level of extraction was detected by RIA.
