The Detection of MVD in the Aged Gastric Cancer and It Significance

Objective To find out the significance of MVD in the aged gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method were used for the observation of FⅧRAg in 100 cases of the aged gastric cancer. Results 1.The aged cases of serosa with cancerous infiltration were less than the youth ones,P<0.01；2.Lymph node metastasis were less than the youth cancer,P<0.05；3. MVD were less than the youth cancer,P<0.01. Conclusion Less deep infiltration and less lymph node metastasis of the aged gastric cancer bore a relation to their less MVD.
