  • Objective To investigate the effects of derivative of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-α(rhTNF-α) therapy for rat glioma. Methods rhTNF-α were created by modifying TNF-α, were cultured in culture medium conclude rhTNF-α in different concertration.
