The level of serum tumor supplies group of factors in patients with breast carcinoma

Objective To detect the clinical significance of serum tumor supplies group of factors(TSGF) in patients with breast carcinoma. Methods The serum TSGF level was measured by spectrophotometry in 66 healthy controls and 200 patients with breast carcinoma. Results The TSGF levels ( ±s ) were( 67.5 ± 4.9 )U/ml for initiated tumors, ( 67.5 ± 4.7 )U/ml for nonresponders and ( 65.5 ± 9.6 )U/ml for relapsed or metastases,and were profoundly higher than that in responders ( 55.9 ± 5.1 )U/ml and controls...
