Effect of Gemcitabine Plus Oxaliplatin and Prednisone(GPP) in Treatment of Fwenty Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Non-hodgkin s Lymphoma

Objective 　To evaluate the short2term efficacy of low2dose Gemcitabine 24 h continuous infu2 sion plus Oxaliplatin and Prednisone ( GPP) regimen in the t reatment with relapsed or ref ractory non2 Hodgkin's lymphoma (N HL) . Methods 　Twenty cases with relapsed or ref ractory N HL were t reated with GPP regimen : Gem 120 mg/ m2, 24 h continuous infusion, d1, 8 ;L2OHP 80 mg/ m2, ivgtt, d1, 8 ; PDN 60 mg/m2, p . o, d1～5 ; Every 21 days is one cycle. Their clinical response was assessed af ter 2 cycles of chemo2 therapy. Results 　In the 20 cases, the complete response was 6 cases, the partial response was 8 cases, 3 cases was no change, 3 case was progressive, the overall response rate (CR + PR) was 70 %. Conclusion 　GPP regimen can achieve a satisfied result in the t reatment of relapsed or ref ractory N HL, and the toxici2 ty was endurable.
