Discuss of Diagnosis Breast Tumor Near-infrared Spectroscopic Analysis with ICG Staining

Objective Diagnosis breast tumor using hear-infrared spectroscopic analysis with ICG staining. Methods Scaling blood oxygen parameter of in breast tumor for after injecting ICG and pre-injecting Using RunMan,count D-value of luminous density,decision void time of ICG. Results After injecting ICG,all tumors showed shadow in images.After 5 minutes,the shade of gray of shadow of benign tumors reduced to the level of pre-injecting,but with malignant tumor,the shade of gray of shadow were still clear. Conclusion The tissues of malignant tumor of these cases were in bad circulation and high blood volume.According to it,we can diagnosis the tumor is malignant or benign.
