  • "Yang wei and Yin xian" comes from "Jin Kui Yao Lue", which refers to the slight pulse of the inch and the yin pulse of the yang position, which is the lack of yang qi in the upper focus; The ulnar vein is a chord, and the yin position is the yin vein, which is too much for the lower Jiao yin. Lung cancer complicated with sepsis is common in clinical practice, with a high mortality rate and poor conventional treatment effect. This article discusses "Yang Wei Yin Xian" and its relationship with lung cancer complicated with sepsis, evaluates the TCM prescription selection and efficacy mechanism of the "Yang Wei Yin Xian" theory, and provides a reference for the use of the "Yang Wei Yin Xian" theory to guide the clinical treatment.
